Hi there! I’m Danielle, the heart and soul behind Method Fitness. My fitness journey wasn't always set on a clear path. It began right after high school, at a time when I realized my health wasn't where I wanted it to be. I dove headfirst into the vast sea of online research, experimented with every diet imaginable, and attempted more Pinterest workouts than I can count. However, it was not until I sought the guidance of a personal trainer for myself that my true passion was ignited. This pivotal moment was not just a turning point in my personal health journey but also the spark that led me to become a personal trainer, dedicating my life since 2018 to guiding others towards their fitness goals.
My commitment to fitness has taken me through an exhilarating journey of competing in multiple powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions. The highlight of my career so far was earning my pro card as a natural wellness athlete in the OCB federation. These experiences not only shaped me as an athlete but also deepened my understanding of what it takes to achieve and maintain peak physical condition.
The creation of Method Fitness is the culmination of my journey and passion for fitness. It's more than just a gym; it's a sanctuary where everyone is welcome, a place where you can feel comfortable in your skin and unstoppable in your goals. My incredible journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering love and support from my amazing husband and daughter. They’ve been my rock, enabling me to transform my dream into a reality—a space I am profoundly proud of.
